Elisabeth Wetsch has passed away

I just found out. 
Elisabeth Wetsch, known to all of us as Elizzza from Nadelspiel, passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2021. 

I am stunned and deeply shaken. 
Elisabeth was, and still is, the greatest in the world of handicrafts to me; I learned so much from her, and I loved her voice and her videos so much. 
I would have loved to meet her in person one day... 

Now all that remains for me is to say goodbye to a deeply cherished colleague and offer one last farewell. 

Dear Elisabeth, thank you for everything. 
Rest in peace.

Rest in peace, Elizzza.
Your videos were—and still are—truly amazing.

Oh dear, this makes me sad, too. I, too, love Elisabeth’s videos and appreciate her very much—and she was a huge help to me after I took a break from knitting a few years ago. I learned a lot from her, and I’m very grateful for that.

I wish Elisabeth all the best, wherever she is now.

I, too, was deeply saddened by the news. Her videos are simply one-of-a-kind; both beginners and advanced crafters can learn so much from them. She will be missed by all of us who love handicrafts.
