I transferred the money, but nothing happened

Hello, crochet friends.
Today I bought three patterns here and paid for them immediately via online bank transfer (to SIA AISYS).
So far, I haven’t received a response, and I haven’t been able to access the downloads on my page or account yet.
What could have happened, or does it just take longer than that?

if you paid by bank transfer, it always takes a little while for the payment to go through. 
The pattern will only be made available for download once the payment has been processed. 
You will then also receive an email with the link to download the pattern.
