Hi everyone,
I'm a beginner and I'm currently working on the hippo. The head is finished. I'm now at the end of the body, row 32.
It says: SC in every st, SL ST in next st, turn...
I don't understand that. Am I supposed to make an SC in every st and an SL ST as well????
Can someone please help me?

You make a single crochet in each stitch, then a slip stitch in the next stitch, and then turn your work.
