Headbands can easily be crocheted from one skein

Crochet pattern Headband "Cold December"

Both headbands can be crocheted in any size and can also easily be adjusted in width. Knowledge of single crochet, chain stitches, half double crochet, and double crochet is required.

A lovely topic: What can you make from a single skein of yarn??? Here are my suggestions for you. I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself.

Warm regards from Ina

Endless Blanket
You can crochet this 70 x 70 cm blanket from one skein of gradient merino yarn (= Bobbel). Just keep going until the skein is used up. It’s fun, and the color effect comes straight from the skein.

Wrist Warmers

With just one 50 g skein of yarn, you can knit enchanting wrist warmers for yourself, your daughter, or your granddaughter. They have a beautiful cable pattern on top and are knitted in stockinette stitch on the inside. The shaped thumb gusset makes them fit well.

“Sandbag” Doorstop
Everyone who often has a draft blowing through needs a doorstop like this. It is suitable for indoors or outdoors, weighs 4 kg, and stands stable and secure. It also looks decorative. You can knit it from one 150 g skein of yarn. For the cord to tie it closed, you only need a leftover bit of yarn from your scrap basket.

For a star-shaped tea light holder like this, you only need about 10 g of cotton yarn. So a 50-g skein is enough for 5 tea light holders. And with that, you’ll have a wonderful, festive decoration for your Christmas table.
The pattern describes each round in detail, but there’s also a crochet chart for anyone who prefers to work from one.
You can download the crochet pattern for the tea light holder right here!

This pretty little bag decorated with beads makes a wonderful small Christmas gift. You can use it for coins, jewelry, or makeup items. The beads are sewn on only after crocheting, so there’s no annoying stringing required.
Here is the crochet pattern for the beaded little bag.

You can crochet a little Christmas tree like this using just one ball of cotton yarn. For smaller or larger trees, you’ll need correspondingly less or more yarn. You can decide on the size of the tree yourself. A small one can, for example, serve as an egg cozy, and several in different sizes can be used as an Advent calendar.

Midori can be crocheted with a 150 g yarn cake.
Stretched, the tablecloth has a diameter of 64 cm.

Ice Princess can be crocheted with a 4-ply 200 g skein.

Now is the time when we like to keep our necks warm. What could be easier than a cowl that just needs to be pulled on? Or a collar scarf that can be worn in different ways. It’s even suitable for men.

Each of these designs only needs one skein and is easy to knit.

This hat with the loop scarf is knitted from very soft rainbow yarn. A friend liked it so much that I had to knit myself a new one.

“Rustling Leaves”
 is a one-skein project.
It is knitted using simple stitch patterns, but looks very complicated.
There are size specifications for different skeins.
