Help with a crocheted sweater

Hi,
I hope someone here can help me. I’ve crocheted the back of a sweater—90 stitches—and now I’m working on the neckline/back slant:

SHOULDER SLANTS: After 56 cm (including the hem), leave 1x 7/10/12/14/17 sts and 1x 8/10/13/15/17 sts unworked on both sides in every row.

NECKLINE: At the same time as the first shoulder decrease, leave the middle 42 sts unworked and finish both sides separately. For the neckline curve, leave 2 sts unworked twice in every row. Total length = 58 cm.

I’m really stuck here. Can anyone help me?

is this a pattern that you purchased through CrazyPatterns? 
If so, I would recommend getting in touch with the author of the pattern. That’s where you’ll get the best help. 

Something that might also help you understand it is to draw it out. 
It’s actually really simple. You’re probably just confused by the “at the same time.”
