Gingerbread man & woman and much more

I had my embroidery machine running all day today and embroidered these two. They were made from an old loden coat that I took apart. He’s about 22 cm tall and she’s about 18 cm.
Then I embroidered three little boots in my daughters’ colors; they’ll go on the Christmas parcels so each one knows which one is hers. They’ve had this color scheme since they were children.
A little teddy bear also came out of a scrap of fleece; it’s going into the box for the children’s food bank.

Dear Akela, you and your embroidery machine have been extremely hard at work again! I think the idea and execution of the three little boots tied to the gifts are very well done. We always stick photos taken throughout the year onto the gifts—that way, we don’t have to think too hard about it. But before unwrapping them, we always look at the photos first and reminisce together.

The gingerbread couple and the teddy bear are also absolutely enchanting and are sure to delight the children.
