Sweet Tomato Heel

Dear users, dear authors,
What is a Sweet Tomato Heel, and what do you use it for?

Does anyone else have anything to add?

The tomato heel is a diagonal-seam heel like the boomerang heel, but without double stitches and with more segments (the boomerang heel has two; the tomato heel can sometimes have four). My husband hasn't worn the socks with the new heel yet, but it fits my foot very well, and I will make it again. Patterns for it can be found in a Topp book.
