Upload a pattern

Hi,
I'd like to upload my first pattern,
but I'm having trouble figuring it out.
I've zipped the file, and when I try to upload it in Step 3, I keep getting an "invalid upload" message at the top.
What am I doing wrong?

How did you compress it? It needs to be zipped.

You should convert your file to a PDF and then zip it; that should work.
P.S.: If you have any questions as an author, there’s an authors’ forum here that only authors have access to.

Hello,
yes, I saved it as a PDF and put it in a ZIP folder.
I still only get this response :(
I just repacked everything again and zipped it up again. Still getting the error message.
I also changed the size of the images. It doesn’t work

It’s best to contact support. You won’t be able to access the authors’ forum until your first pattern has been uploaded.
