Is felt or felting too warm in the summer?

Dear users, dear authors,
is felt too warm against the skin in the summer, or is it too hot to felt in the summer ?

Well, not for me. I just finished felting a basket and already have plans for the next one.

Since I recently received some felting wool as a gift, I’m definitely not going to wait until fall to bring my ideas to life. But I have to say that I knit with any kind of yarn in the summer, whether it’s summer yarn or winter yarn.

Maybe I’m the exception?

Petra, I feel exactly the same way. I knit everything all year round, even felting wool in the summer. I’ve also knitted and crocheted felt shelters for wild animals in the summer. For me, there’s no season without needles and yarn anyway. I use every free minute. :)
