Peacock Percy
is very proud of his magnificent plumage. He can’t fly very far with it, but at least in an emergency he can lift off into the air and escape into a tree. But what’s much more important to him is being admired, so he prefers to stay on the ground. In your living room, he would like a spot where he can be seen well and catches the eye right away.

Little Bee Hanny
flies busily from flower to flower to collect nectar and turn it into the fine, sweet honey for your breakfast. She’ll gladly give it to you in her honeycomb, but in return she wants to join you at the breakfast table too!

And the little
Mouse in a Balloon
can rise into the air thanks to her hot-air balloon and view the world from above. At your home, she prefers a spot by the window or under the ceiling—definitely high up, so she’s far enough away from hungry cats. But if you want to play with her, you can take her out of her basket.

All these “flyers” are suitable both as decorative objects and for playing with. If you want to crochet one of them, click on the blue text. There you’ll learn more about materials and required skills, and you can download the pattern.

The Fluffy Birds

To make crocheting with eyelash yarn easier, these cute birds are made in 2 steps.

You’ll need:
30 g cotton yarn, 125 m/50 g, 30 g fluffy yarn, 14 mm glass eyes, a few scraps in black, blue and white for the eyes (or your preferred color) for crocheted eyes, stuffing, crochet hook suitable for the yarn, sewing needle

Using the yarn listed above, the fluffy birds will be approx. 20 cm tall and are suitable for cuddling and playing or as decoration.

Eleonore the Owl

Eleonore works great as a doorstop. Because of her size, you can also incorporate a music box to help your child fall asleep.

The crochet pattern is available in German in PDF format. It includes written instructions with photos and tips for crocheting bobbles.

If you use cotton yarn with a length of 125 m/50 g, Eleonore will be approximately 26 cm tall.

This decorative garland in bright colors is a perfect match for the summer weather.

The garland is made of photo cardstock and is approximately 83 cm long. It’s crafted on both sides and looks equally pretty from either side. With a little patience, even beginners can easily recreate this garland.
