Even though you can’t see it clearly in the photo, there’s a shell stitch pattern on the sleeves and along the bottom edge of the front and back panels. You can find the pattern in my Blickfang-Design store.

The shell pattern also looks pretty on little ladies :-) With this pattern, you can crochet a dress or a tunic, with short or long sleeves, in a solid color or wonderfully colorful. The pattern is written out in detail for sizes 98 and 116, but it can also be adapted to other sizes.

Mermaids are still all the rage!

The fishtail for dress-up dolls measuring about 29 cm is crocheted using a simple shell stitch pattern, which is described in detail in the pattern. This is a great way to use up your leftover yarn in aqua shades or the doll owner's favorite colors. The doll owner will be thrilled!

This beaded pouch looks very elegant but is quite easy to crochet. It can be used as a coin purse or to store jewelry or makeup items. As a rosary case, it makes a great gift for First Communion or Confirmation.

There is a crochet chart for the shell stitch pattern in the center, but the pattern is also written out in full. The beads are sewn on at the end and do not need to be crocheted into the piece.
