A pattern that practically knits itself is ideal for knitting on the go.

This knitted cowl is worked in the round, and the pattern requires knowledge of knit and purl stitches.

These keychains are perfect for using up leftover yarn , and you can let your imagination run wild with the color combinations.

This makes them ideal as a little gift for any occasion or for a housewarming party.

The pattern includes many detailed photos, but I still recommend that you have a little crocheting experience. If you have any questions, I’m happy to help.

Have fun crocheting and giving them as gifts :)

For all the kids starting school, I’ve designed these two little guardian angels that can dangle from a school satchel or a set of keys.

There’s a pattern for a girl guardian angel and one for a boy guardian angel. They aren’t otherworldly beings, but rather little rascally angels: barefoot, wearing a short dress or shorts, with a school cone and a school satchel.

The school satchel can be opened so you can put a few pieces of candy, some coins, or a little encouraging note inside. The only clues to these little good-luck charms’ heavenly origins are their wings and perhaps their unusual hair color.

Crochet a guardian angel like this for your child starting school:

  the guardian angel girl
or
  the guardian angel boy.

Little animals are always cute as keychains or bag charms and can be quickly crocheted from a few leftover yarn scraps:

Little Monkey Jojo

Giraffe Luise

 Polar Bear Björn
