I paid, but the printout is blank

How can I contact the author, Petra Perle? Maybe she can give me some advice on how to get the pattern I purchased.

if you’ve downloaded and opened the pattern, does anything show up? Were you able to read the pattern?

No such luck. I clicked “Download,” and a new tab opened in the top bar. But the screen remained blank—I can’t see the x pages for the cape. When I made a subsequent purchase at crazypatterns, it worked, and I was able to print the 40 pages. It’s just Petra Perle’s “Summer Wings” that I can’t view. What should I do now?
