A poem for all crochet lovers… especially all the ANITAS

From the series “Those Hooked on the Crochet Hook,” today we bring you the episode … ANITA. Anita is not an isolated case,
she crochets without pause.
In the elevator and in the chicken coop 
and under her shower

The hurdle race went quite well too,
the sweater was a smash hit!
In the confessional she made the hat
for Pastor Käsemüller. At Dr. Schnippel’s in the OR
something curious happened:
She crocheted a negligee
under full general anesthesia! And if people think she’s crazy,
she doesn’t seem to care.
Today she’s crocheting a circus tent
and tomorrow … well, we’ll see.
