Lovely Wonder (shawl)

Hi, I need some help.
I’m currently crocheting this shawl and am on rows 22/23. The pattern says that by row 22, I should have 95 stitches. In the next row, I’m supposed to work 14 repeats of a 7-stitch pattern. But that doesn’t work. I can only do 13, and I’m always left with 3 stitches. It has to be that way, because 14 × 7 equals 98. What can I do to get past this hurdle? If I don’t stick to the exact stitch counts, the following patterns won’t work either. Is there anyone who knows how to do this?
