The pattern was not downloaded

Hello, I bought a pattern for a heart and a baby scarf today.
I was able to download the scarf pattern easily, but I can’t download the heart pattern. It keeps saying there’s an error on the page.
I’ve already purchased the heart pattern, but I can’t get the pattern.
What can I do?

While you’re waiting for the pattern, you can of course download any free patterns you like. Here are the free patterns
