After the dreary winter, you want things to be as colorful as possible for Easter.

The 3 Easter animals look especially cheerful when they hatch from brightly colored eggs.

For the eggs, I used Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran (LL 184m/100g) in neon green, neon yellow, and neon pink. You need about 20 g per egg. I crocheted the animals with Estivo II by Lana Grossa. This yarn gives them a light fuzz.
But you can also use other leftover yarn of a similar thickness for this pretty decoration.
The crochet pattern for the 3 Easter animals in eggs is available here!

The bunnies and little birds for the Easter branch also look especially great when crocheted in bright colors:

Colorful Little Birds

Here I used the well-known Catania cotton yarn by Schachenmayr (LL 125m/50g). The bunnies and little birds are quick to crochet and are also wonderful as table decorations or flower picks for Easter. In any case, this is a great project for in between, to crochet up small amounts of colorful leftover yarn.

This colorful cardigan with the matching hat is sure to delight any doll mommy (or teddy mommy) whose favorite is about 45-50 cm tall. So it also fits Baby Born.

The jacket is knitted as a top-down raglan, and colorful leftover yarn is enough, which is worked in beautifully here.

How about some colorful striped pants for teddy bears (about 40 cm tall) made from leftover yarn? These are really easy to knit, and there’s even room for the teddy bear’s little tail to stick through.

This brightly colored caterpillar made of fluffy terry yarn is a bath sponge that makes bath time even more fun for babies and young children! But the caterpillar is also a lovely, colorful eye-catcher in the bathroom for adults ;-)

The caterpillar is easily crocheted using single crochet stitches. Perfect for all crochet beginners, too.

Well, I’d say: COLORFUL IS THE NEW BLACK!! Do you have lots of leftover yarn, too? The FRIDA wrist warmers are a really great way to use up leftovers for all yarns in sock-yarn weight! The more colorful, the better! Norwegian-style patterns are making a stormy comeback right now, and anyone who doesn’t dare to tackle large projects has the chance here to simply try out this technique in a small project!

Here’s the knitting pattern: FRIDA wrist warmers

Have fun knitting and trying it out,
Annette

You can transform these tin cans into a storage basket in a beautifully colorful way.

The more colorful, the prettier..... whether as a pencil box, for the sewing room, or for all kinds of odds and ends - the cans are quickly crocheted around, and you have a lovely gift or little present to bring along.

You should know single crochet, half and whole double crochet stitches.

Pop-up greeting cards remain very popular. Even though they’re a bit more time-consuming to make than the usual “flat” cards, they’re worth the effort, because a pop-up card is something very special and is usually kept for a long time as a keepsake.

This birthday card is made from photo cardstock and construction paper. When folded, it measures approximately 21 x 10.5 cm. With a little crafting experience, especially experience making pop-up cards, it is easy to make.

The Mandala Sunburst can be used as a washcloth, dishcloth, or doily. The four vibrant colors instantly lift your spirits and add a beautiful pop of color to your home.

Speaking of homes: This lovingly hand-crocheted mandala—paired, for example, with a nice shower gel or small kitchen utensils like wooden spoons and spatulas—also makes a great housewarming gift.

The PDF pattern includes a detailed description, a full-color crochet chart, and many detailed step-by-step photos that make it easy for you to crochet.
Crochet techniques used: starting with a magic ring, single crochet, chain stitches, slip stitches, double crochet and taller crochet stitches, post double crochet.
Difficulty level: ambitious, somewhat experienced beginners and intermediate crocheters.

All these vibrant colors really put you in a good mood.
I also love all the neon colors, especially when paired with a dark contrasting color.

I really like the colorful caterpillar, too—it immediately catches your eye with its gorgeous colors,
and Ina’s color palette is definitely one of my favorites.

Thank you very much, Andrea :-)

Brand new in my shop, there’s another colorful eye-catcher:

This decoration instantly spreads good cheer as a table decoration, on a dresser, or hanging as door decor, and can be made in coordinated colors, colorful, or super bright colors, depending on your taste and interior style.

Difficulty level: easy, the pattern is also suitable for beginners and includes, besides the crochet pattern and crochet charts for the umbrella and the flowers, lots of photos that make crocheting it and finishing it very easy.

You can crochet this spring and summer decoration using any yarn with a yardage of approx. 110–140 m per 50 g and a matching crochet hook; the size will of course vary a little depending on the yarn/hook size.

You can find the crochet pattern for the umbrella decoration here
