☞ Question of the Week: How are your Christmas preparations coming along?

How are things going for you? Are you totally stressed out by Christmas, or is the excitement winning out? Do you even have time for crafts anymore?

Since I still want to knit something nice for Christmas Eve, I have to make time for it. ;-)
Our Christmas tree will be completely decorated with crochet this year—I’m still missing a few stars and snowflakes. But I’ll manage. If I have to, I’ll pull an all-nighter. It wouldn’t be the first time... ;-)

I’ve got everything ready so far and have bought almost everything. Now I’m just enjoying the anticipation. :)

There’s not much time for crafts right now. If I do anything, it’s just quick crochet projects I can whip up from memory (or completely freestyle). But when it comes to writing patterns, unfortunately nothing’s happening right now. I just don’t have the peace of mind or a clear head for that.
At least I’ve got all my gifts sorted out—that’s a big plus. :)

I’m still looking forward to Christmas, though, because then all the stress of preparing and planning will be over. So… everything’s fine. :)

I still have plenty to do. Whenever I do have a free minute, I try to take a moment to breathe and relax.
