what are your plans?

I wish everyone here a wonderful weekend, too. With this crazy weather, I’m going to curl up and do some knitting. I’m also going to bake a delicious cherry cake, and I plan to write some patterns as well.

Two couples we’re friends with are coming over tomorrow. We’ll be having various small bites, and I’m preparing them right now. 
Stuffed meatballs 
Stuffed croquettes 
Red wine onions
Balsamic tomatoes
Marinated feta
A jellied tomato soup (this is an experiment from a Schubeck cookbook)
2 different dips 
And tomorrow I’ll bake some baguette bread

My husband is also going to buy a bit of cheese.

.... I think that’s quite a lot. 

And on Sunday I’m going to the theater with my parents.

Winter has returned here—yes, there’s snow on the ground.

I baked some quark rolls for Sunday breakfast.
Then I’ll do a little crocheting and put my feet up.
