Suzy Scarf

If you love unusual patterns, this one is for you. The technique used for the Suzy Scarf is reminiscent of the Tunisian simple stitch, broken up by rows of single crochet stitches. This pattern is far too little known. Anyone who crochets it is sure to have a one-of-a-kind piece.
You can find the pattern in my blickfang-design store.

Here you'll find three extraordinary cowl designs. All three are knitted in double face and are cuddly soft. If you've never knitted in double face before, just give it a try. All you need is a little knitting experience and curiosity. Then you'll manage it, and it's really fun!

Great knitting patterns for scarves - for both models, you only need to know how to knit and purl stitches

Cable look without a cable needle

This model was knitted with Patons UK Baby Smiles Fairytale Soft DK yarn. I chose needle size 4.5 and used 200 grams.

This model starts with a point, and once the desired length is reached, it is finished with a point again.
This pattern practically knits itself and is also great to work on in front of the TV.

In my patterns, the stitch pattern is explained in writing row by row up to the repeat. If you prefer a knitting chart for the stitch pattern, you will also find one in the pattern.

Knitting pattern for a cowl

This model is knitted with knit and purl stitches on circular needles. I used a yarn with a yardage of 120 m / 50 grams. The cowl is sized so it can be worn doubled.

Cowl knitting pattern

This model is also knitted using only knit and purl stitches. The cowl is sized to be worn doubled. I used Rowan Baby Merino Silk DK yarn, yardage 135 m/50 g, and knitted with needle size 4.5. I needed 200 grams to get a size of 29 x 130 cm.

In the pattern, the stitch pattern is explained in writing round by round, and you will also find a knitting chart you can work from.

This loop can also be worn as a scarf or stole. It features a pretty lace pattern and can be knitted with any type of yarn. I’d recommend thin variegated yarn or even sock yarn. The length and width can be easily adjusted to suit your needs.

Recommended for experienced knitters.

This fringed scarf has a simple pattern, looks elegant, and can be worn in several different ways. It’s quick
to knit—perfect for a cozy night in front of the TV.

Something beautiful and cozy—a reversible loop with a pattern that looks the same on both the front and back. It resembles
flowers or stars. This isn’t nearly as complicated as it looks. It’s quick to crochet and shouldn’t be a problem
for a beginner.

A lovely crochet project: a scarf made up of several floral patterns. You can make it longer if you like. This scarf is perfect for spring, to wear with a coat or jacket.

My Spring Magic can be worn both as a scarf and as a loop scarf.
With just 200 g of sock-weight yarn, you can knit a beautiful scarf.
The individual patterns are explained in detail and are also suitable for beginners.

My new favorite belongs right here: new loops and scarves. Yes, it’s brand new and I’m completely in love with it. It’s made from my absolute favorite yarn, “Superior” by Filatura de Crosa. The yarn is made of cashmere and silk, so it’s very gentle, soft, and cuddly—almost featherlight, while still pleasantly warming.

What’s special about this scarf are the wide scarf ends, into which I knitted rocaille beads. It’s not difficult, really. As always, I’ll show you everything in detail and step by step.

I hope you enjoy this pattern and achieve a beautiful result.

Best wishes - Yours, Ina

In addition to the new favorite, there are of course also old favorites—these two here, in fact. They have been knitted many times already and continue to be very popular. So, here you go ...here they are:

No. 1 The lace scarf for beginners

Anyone can knit this if they haven’t yet ventured into lace (that is, thin yarn, large needles). The pattern is made up of 2 pattern rows that repeat continuously. I share tips and tricks with you and also show you how it is blocked at the end.

You can wear it open or wrapped. This makes it suitable for special occasions as well as everyday wear.

No. 2 The Featherlight cowl

This one is again made from my favorite yarn. There is nothing softer—it’s “Superior” by Filatura de Crosa. A cowl made from it always becomes a neck warmer you won’t want to take off. That’s why I own it in different colors, so it always matches my clothes.

The slender ones among you can also wear it as a bolero. Then it warms the shoulders and leaves the back in view.

I hope you enjoy these two projects and get beautiful results.

Best wishes - Ina

Airy and light, a herald of spring and a little piece of jewelry:
the crocheted loop scarf "Birka"
The pattern is easy to follow, and after a few pattern repeats you’ll know it by heart.
Use a gradient yarn cake or leftover yarn cake bits.
Or any other yarn for crochet hook size 2.5 to 3.
Here, warmth is not the main focus, but rather the lightness of fresh colors, which the little tree lace pattern goes well with. This makes it great to wear at home or in the office.

Here you can find the pattern and more information

Best regards,
Caro from Fadenstrang

The Lille Loop is super easy to knit and lots of fun!
It’s not terribly bulky, so it can also be worn in our springlike temperatures...

You’ll need DK-weight yarn (approx. 215 m per 100 g) in two colors.

Here’s the pattern: Lille Loop

The Double Loop can be knitted with 2 different yarn weights. You need 100 g each in 2 very contrasting colors.
In the thicker weight, it is worn like a collar, and in the thinner weight (sock yarn weight), it is worn as a double loop or even as a poncho.
