Survey: When Do You Buy Right Away?

A question for those of you who buy patterns here and maintain your wish lists xD: When do you buy a pattern right away, and when do you tend to add it to your wish list? What are the most common reasons for adding something to your wish list instead of buying it? And in general, what do you pay particular attention to when a pattern catches your eye—whether you decide to buy it or not?
