The pattern just isn't coming

Hi, I'm waiting for the pattern for the Cape of Good Hope cape. According to the designer, nothing is happening at CP, and the pattern has been under review for days. How is that possible????

If a designer hasn’t reached a certain number of sales yet, patterns are manually activated by Crazypatterns. Normally, though, this review is completed within 1–2 business days. CP asked me to set the record straight here—it was my own fault, since I didn’t ask for permission to host a CAL beforehand. Otherwise, what JRuschDesigns wrote is correct.
