Hello, I made a transfer via Sparkasse Sofortüberweisung, but I haven't received an email with the download link. How long might this take?

Good morning, are banks working today on New Year's Eve? I think nothing will happen before January 2, because the money has to leave the bank and be posted as received in your account at CP. 

But maybe I'm wrong and they are working today. Maybe you can bridge the waiting time with the many free patterns available here in the forum.

You can check in online banking, on your account statement (debit side), which value date the transfer was made with (to the bank where CP has its account).
