to become an author here, it’s important to register a business. To do that, you’ll need to get a tax ID number from the tax office. So it’s not possible without one.

If you only want to sell patterns, that counts as writing—and you don’t need to register a business for that because it’s freelance work.
However, you’ll still need a tax ID number—and an international tax identification number. But none of that is a problem; it’s best to call the tax office—they’ll be happy to help you.
