Weekend Plans: It's Finally the Weekend

What are your plans?

I have my exhibition this weekend. I set everything up yesterday, and it kicks off at noon today. I’m really looking forward to seeing lots of visitors. It’s always entertaining, and there are plenty of nice conversations.

Maybe someone lives nearby and would like to stop by. I’d be very happy if you did. 

I’m in the process of crocheting around the edges of my knitted shawls—the blue one is done, and the red one is still a work in progress.

Akela, your scarves look absolutely gorgeous—wow! I’m sure the red one is just as pretty.

Petra, I wish you the best of luck with your exhibition!

Today I’m going to keep knitting the sweater for my granddaughter—it’ll be a Christmas gift.
Tomorrow we’re having two sets of visitors, and I’m really looking forward to that. One group is coming for brunch and the other in the afternoon.

I hope to finally shake off my flu and do some knitting—my neck warmer should be finished
