Crazypatterns international?

Hello,
I hardly speak any English, but the international presence on Crazypatterns is impossible to ignore. Hopefully, there will continue to be new German patterns?

Don’t worry—there will still be plenty of German patterns.
The English ones are just in addition to the German patterns, not instead of them. Anyone who doesn’t speak English will continue to find a good, wide selection of lovely German patterns here on CP. Have fun browsing and making them!

I don’t think people who’ve bought German patterns so far will switch to buying the English ones. What I’d like to know, though, is whether this is an adjustment for the authors? So you’ll now be offering both German and English patterns at the same time?

I offer both German and English patterns.
It’s not a big change for me, though—I’ve been doing this for a while. So far, I’ve mainly offered the English patterns on English crafting websites. Now I can offer both here at Crazypatterns —which is very convenient for me!

Are there any English-speaking users here?

I feel the same way as Karin. I write my patterns in both German and English. So far, I’ve only offered my German patterns here. So for us authors, the platform is expanding. This also adds value for CP, because more craft enthusiasts will discover the site, which will attract more authors and customers here and, as a result, expand the selection available to customers. After all, who’s to say that English-speaking authors won’t also offer their patterns in German?

So don’t panic—there will still be German patterns.

I’ve been writing my patterns in both German and English for years now. So as far as I’m concerned, nothing’s changing—neither for you nor for me. :)
I’ll continue to provide patterns—in German for some, and in English for others.
