Hardworking little helpers: What are you working on?

dear little helpers,
what are you working on today?

The living room wall is painted—my daughter and grandsons (ages 14 and 23) helped me today, so thank goodness that’s done. My husband is working the night shift this week, so he can’t get as much done as usual. I’ll keep packing some more.

A bag.

I finished a birthday gift today, and it was sent off right away so it reaches the birthday celebrant by the weekend. 



A cell phone case was the wish, to protect the phone at work. 

My new pattern also went live yesterday, so now I have my needles free again for a new project. Let's see what ideas the evening brings me.

Today I worked on the baby leggings that I’ll be giving away soon. Here’s what they look like now that they’re finished.

I’ve got another *I-don’t-know-yet-what-it’s-going-to-be* project on my knitting needles.

Possible options include

• Cape
• Vest
• Jacket

depending on how far the yarn goes.

I’m knitting a sweater right now, but I don’t like the pattern on the top part at all, so I’m going to rip it out. I just don’t like anything I’m making right now. I have so many great patterns, but after 20 cm, I put it aside. I think I need a break and will do some crafts or embroidery instead.

I’ve started a lot of things… (shopping nets, socks, table runners…) Yesterday’s rainy day was just perfect for tidying up (desperately needed!!!), so I didn’t work a single stitch. Today I’m hoping to find some time after dinner; so far, neither my knitting needles nor my crochet hook have seen any action. And I really need to finally finish that little jacket for my youngest grandson, since he’s coming to visit in 10 days!

This afternoon, I continued crocheting my UFO jacket. Now I’m working on the band. It’s going to have two pockets.
