Hi everyone,
it’s strange that some customers aren’t very polite. Instead of addressing a complaint directly with the author via email, they choose to air their dirty laundry in public. Is that really necessary?

Here on crazypatterns, you can contact the authors directly with questions or criticism. That’s not always a given, and not all (new) users are aware of this option. That’s why there are repeatedly threads like this in the forum. Of course, we then point out to users that they can contact the authors directly. Usually, the tone here in the forum is quite friendly.

I’d be happy if you took part in the forum more often.
