I prefer to work with light, breathable fabrics for summer—cotton such as batiste. Viscose is also a good option, since it’s mostly made of cotton fibers
. Wool and cotton yarns are much too warm for summer, so I tend to go for silk yarns instead.

I like to use thin yarn in the summer—preferably with a high cotton content.
But since I usually have several projects going at once, I choose what to work on based on the weather.
