I wish you all a happy holiday, a pleasant day off, or a great long weekend.

Dear Josefa, I wish the same for you, and of course for all the other visitors to this thread.

The sun is shining here, and it’s sure to be a fantastic day. Right now, I’m still sitting on the sofa, enjoying the view out the window of my roses in the tree.

Thanks, and happy holiday to you, too! I’ll be spending it at the sewing machine—I bought two lovely pieces of fabric yesterday, so I’ll be making a denim skirt and a matching shirt to go with it.
