Crochet pattern for a triangular shawl



This triangular shawl is a really lovely summer shawl. The pattern is airy, crocheted with double crochet, single crochet, and chain stitches, and made from a lovely fine yarn that’s 99% cotton (Schachenmayr Tahiti).

You can decide on the size yourself. For my shawls, I used between 600 and about 750 m of yarn.

Materials → depending on length and width:

• A 4-ply plied gradient yarn from Woll-Archiv-MJ with a total length of 830 m was used here
  
• any crochet hooks matching the yarn (here size 3 + 3.5)

Tania combines the advantages of a scarf and a shawl in one garment.

As always, the pattern is richly illustrated with meaningful photos and describes all steps in detail. A crochet chart is also included.
The pattern is suitable for ambitious beginners ; basic crochet skills should be present.

The scarf-shawl shown is approx. 220 cm long and 25 cm high. It was crocheted using 150 g of 4-ply Bobbel yarn (yardage 190 m/50 g). The size can be easily adjusted.
