You can use these fun appliqués in Alpine style in many different ways: as fridge magnets, keychains, on invitation cards for a garden party, or to decorate belts, bags, sweaters, or hats. They also look charmingly traditional on a Bavarian door wreath. They are very easy to crochet, and at the same time you can use up tiny leftover amounts of yarn.

Strawberry season isn’t far off either. And if you can hardly wait for those wonderfully delicious little fruits to grow again, you can crochet some in the meantime.

The wreath can be used as a door, wall, or window decoration. It is also very suitable as a table decoration without the vines.

You will receive a detailed, 12-page, richly illustrated pattern for an approximately 25 cm decorative wreath in a spring design, with strawberries, flowers, vines, and leaves.

Crochet pattern for a balloon cover.

This balloon cover is crocheted using individual granny squares. Inside this woolen cover, the balloon is well protected and ready for play—whether for little ones to crawl after or for older kids to kick around in the yard.

Basic knowledge of single crochet, chain stitches, double crochet, and slip stitches is required.

How about another granny square? This is one of six granny squares, all of which have the same number of stitches after the last round and can therefore be combined with one another.

In my patterns, you’ll find written instructions for each round, as well as a crochet chart.

You should have a basic understanding of single crochet, double crochet, chain stitches, and slip stitches.

This is what a blanket made with many different granny squares could look like

Here you’ll find Granny Number 2

This little strappy dress also grows with your child — for even longer, from 1.5 to 5 years. It also features knitted-in hearts and is knitted in one piece from the bottom up.

It’s easy to knit, provided you have some knitting experience.

You can get the pattern here.

For all crochet enthusiasts who want to use up leftover yarn, this tissue box cover decorated with butterflies and hearts is just the thing. It gives those ugly cardboard boxes a pretty cover and can even sit on the dining table. A box like this also looks great in the nursery or in the bathroom/WC.

Easy to crochet, even for beginners who have crocheted before.

Timelessly Beautiful Baby Blanket Made from Merino Wool

Again and again, it’s the best gift of all for a baby or toddler. My grandson Oskar loves his blankets, which I knitted for him using this pattern. Soooo cozy and pleasantly warm—it doesn’t get any better. The blanket keeps you warm without making you sweat underneath. The small textured pattern shows up beautifully and is easy to knit. You’ll find more photos, information, and the pattern by clicking on the heading.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project. Best wishes - Yours, Ina

Long Dress with a Slit

Do you have 15 g of sock yarn left over? And can you already knit with a set of double-pointed needles or want to learn? Then this would be an ideal beginner’s project for you. The dress knits up quickly and will delight doll moms. You’ll find more pictures, info, and the pattern when you click on the title.

The little triangular shawl in the photo above is crocheted. The crochet pattern is available for free on my blog . So if you’re up for it, here you go...

I hope you have lots of fun with this project. Yours, Ina

Princess Dress

A princess for once—what little girl doesn’t wish for that? And because that’s the case, they also love acting it out with their dolls. And what do you need for that? A doll in a princess dress. And you can crochet this one yourself and decorate it however you like.

Following my pattern, you can crochet the dress in several different versions. I like the version with the small rocaille beads on the tiers of the skirt best. But decide for yourself. You’ll find more examples, information, and the pattern when you click on the title.

I hope you enjoy the crochet pattern and the finished dress—Ina

The “Spring Glow” knitted triangular shawl offers a varied knitting experience but is absolutely beginner-friendly.
The patterns are explained in detail and, for the most part, illustrated with charts.

You’ll need 200g of sock-weight yarn; the original was knitted with Fine Merino Socks from Wollfeuerwerk.
Thanks to its size—196 cm x 68 cm—it can be worn in many different ways.

This bag is a beautiful and practical companion for everyday use.  Its subtle color scheme goes with almost any wardrobe.
The combination of the sophisticated double stitch and the tapestry technique creates a woven look. A truly extraordinary eye-catcher.

This will put you in a summery mood while you’re crocheting:

A trendy backpack handbag with a palm tree motif, crocheted from a gradient yarn cake, though it also works with solid-color cotton, of course:

A summery triangular shawl is

Heaven and Earth

It keeps knitting varied with different patterns and shows a new way to knit a gradient yarn cake in a multicolored mosaic pattern. The result is a beautiful shoulder shawl in harmonious colors

Having a few flowers in the room makes it a little easier to endure those dark, rainy days. If you like lilies , these delicate paper versions will make the wet weather seem a little less unpleasant for you.

The lily blooms are made from cardstock. I used crepe paper to wrap around the stems and for the leaves. The lilies are about 35 cm tall and easy to make.
