Would you like to make a very special vacation project where you can let your creativity run free?
Then crochet a set of hand puppets for a Punch and Judy theater! It works up pretty quickly and is a lot of fun!

In my value bundle, you get 6 patterns at a uniquely low price (even reduced by another 20% until Easter!) for a basic set with the most important characters: Kasperl, Gretel, Seppel, Grandmother, Robber, and Crocodile. With them, you can already put on a whole bunch of little plays.

You can print the patterns individually. Special stitches and patterns needed for making them are explained each time. In addition, each pattern includes a gauge and a sewing pattern for the body of the hand puppet that you can work from. For each hand puppet, I have noted which yarn I used and how much of it I needed. But of course you can use your existing leftover yarn just as well.
Raid your scraps box and let your stash inspire you! That way you'll get your very own unique Kasperl puppets that no one else has!

This project is also wonderful for crocheting outside in the garden or on the patio when the weather is nice, because you don't need much material.
You can get to the value bundle by clicking here.

Would you like to start with just one figure first? Of course, you can also purchase the patterns individually! Dann klicke hier!

Vacation at last! Yes, that’s a wonderful thing. Finally you have time to relax and enjoy your crafts. I could really imagine the following projects for that—they are creative and exciting.

1. Crochet pattern “Craft Bucket”

You always need one yourself (or Mom or Grandma does). Anyone who does crafts will be happy to have this practical helper. You’ll need lots of colorful leftover yarn, a size 3.5 crochet hook, and a plastic bucket. The crochet pattern is also ideal for crochet beginners. It’s fun and not difficult. You’ll find more examples and information by clicking the heading.

The bucket is portable, so it can always be carried to wherever you need it at the moment. All around it has lots of compartments for crochet hooks and other accessories. And your current crochet project goes in the middle.

What else would make a nice vacation project?
Maybe a self-crocheted rug in lots of bright colors? It’s guaranteed not to get boring, and you can finally use up a really good amount of leftover yarn. In the end, you’ll have a beautiful colorful rug. We crochet with a size 6 crochet hook and make quick progress. Round by round, the rug takes on a different look. We rubberize the back so it won’t slip. You’ll find more pictures and information for the “Round Colorful Rug” by clicking here.

You can crochet it in 2 sizes. Above is the large version (1 meter in diameter) and below is the small version with a 70 cm diameter.

I know, you want to get started right away. But first I’d like to give you a third vacation craft recommendation: Maybe you’ve always wanted to try this ... Homemade felted slippers. You can make this lovely model with a rolled cuff in all sizes and colors using my pattern. I describe and show everything very precisely—from the first to the last step. You knit them, and the washing machine does the felting.

During the vacation, you could make some not only for yourself, but for the whole family or for friends. It’s fun, and in the end you’ll have wonderfully warm, soft, one-of-a-kind felted slippers. Feel free to take a look at my examples and the information about them. Just click here for that.

I wish you a wonderful vacation! Enjoy the time and have fun with your crafts.

Warm regards from Ina

A simple pattern with a great effect.

This scarf is knitted using only knit and purl stitches. It starts with a point and gets wider and wider, then ends with a point again.

In the pattern, each row of the pattern is described in detail in writing, and there is also a knitting chart you can work from.

Here you’ll find the pattern. WARNING: addictive

Crochet a few colorful and eye-catching pennants in a relaxed manner—perfect as a welcome gift for a new baby or for your next garden party.

You should be familiar with chain stitches, single crochet, and double crochet.

Here you’ll find the pattern for the pennant garland. Cotton scraps (e.g., Catania) work well for this project.

Alongside cozy meals with the family, walks, fitness, and relaxation, there will surely be a little time for this small craft project.

The flower basket is made entirely of photo cardstock and measures approx. 16 x 19 cm; the flowers are made of photo cardstock, crepe paper, and wire and are approx. 15 cm tall. Everything is very easy to make and, thanks to the detailed craft instructions, also well suited for beginners.

A baby blanket is useful at any time of year. This one is knitted with lots of heart and love, and the baby will always feel cozy and safe in it.

Easy to knit if you’ve knitted before. Prior experience with two-color pattern knitting is helpful but not required.

How about a new sock pattern?

Knitting pattern for spiral socks - socks without a heel. Knitting in spirals makes the sock fit snugly around the foot, so you can knit one pair of socks for several sizes. For children, the socks practically grow with them.

This pattern is written for sizes 14-47. The pattern is described in detail in writing, round by round. Pictures illustrate the steps.

You can also make this bright yellow and orange little bouquet with your child: If they already know how to use scissors, they’ll be able to help you cut out the pieces.

This small table decoration is made from cardstock, is about 13 cm tall, and is very easy to make.
