Are you looking for a crochet project that offers something new, but that you can still work on while watching TV or during a cozy coffee break? Then why not try your hand at this summery origami market bag, which is crocheted using the basic Tunisian crochet stitch. All you need is a Tunisian crochet hook and cotton yarn with a beautiful, soft color gradient.

The basic Tunisian stitch is very simple; knitters in particular will find it very easy to master. It’s explained in detail in the pattern. And then you can get started right away: You’ll work a rectangular piece using the basic Tunisian stitch. There are no increases or decreases, so you don’t have to count or keep track of any color or pattern changes. You can focus entirely on the new technique, which you’ll soon be able to do without any trouble—so you can watch TV or chat while you work.

The rectangular piece is then folded origami-style and sewn together. Finally, you’ll crochet the decorative border and the handle—this time using a regular crochet hook.

So, are you ready to give it a try?
Then download the pattern here and get started right away!

This cute children’s sweater made from sock yarn can be knitted quite comfortably while watching TV. Only the button placket and the collar require a little more attention.

The sweater is very cozy and soft and fits sizes 92–104. Easy to knit if you have some knitting experience.

Minto-a simple triangular shawl that really showcases the color gradient of your favorite Bobbel yarn-is easy to make while watching TV:

Minto is 160 cm wide and 96 cm high.

For this size, you’ll need 250 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic) and a 3.5 mm crochet hook.

Timeless Baby Blanket Made from Merino Wool

Do you see this beautiful pattern? This easy-to-knit textured pattern made from soft and warm merino wool is perfect for a night in front of the TV. No complicated pattern, yarn that’s not too thin, needles that feel good in your hands—everything’s perfect for making quick progress. Even beginner knitters can give this a try, because the pattern is simple and I explain and demonstrate everything in great detail. We’ll only be knitting knit stitches and purl stitches.

And before you know it, a beautiful baby blanket will be finished. I find this high-quality merino wool simply ideal and unbeatable for a baby blanket. It keeps little ones warm in the most comfortable way, is
temperature-regulating and breathable. And so soft to the touch—just right for delicate baby skin.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project. Ina

P.S. You’ll find more information and the pattern by clicking on the title. By the way, the blue blanket is the smaller of the two sizes described in the pattern.

Spirella Crochet Rug

This model is also perfect for crocheting while watching TV. The beautiful round rug is crocheted with three strands and a size 6 hook from a maxi skein of acrylic yarn. You’ll learn the pattern quickly, and the spiral keeps turning with every round. In the end, you’ll have a beautiful rug that fits nicely in a child’s room, bathroom, or hallway. The back is rubberized so it won’t slip.

For more information, simply click on the heading. I hope you have lots of fun with this crochet project, which is also suitable for crochet beginners.

Warm regards from Ina

Loop Featherlight

Great for knitting beginners, because we only knit knit stitches. You can easily do that on the side while watching TV. You can wear the loop made from delicate cashmere yarn (my absolute favorite yarn :-) as a loop, or, if the clothing size is right, also as a bolero. In any case, it’s an eye-catcher.

At 50 g, the loop is featherlight. You hardly notice it when wearing it. But it gently caresses the skin and really doesn’t itch at all. Even though it is so airy and light, it keeps you reliably warm without making you too warm. As you can tell, I’m really raving about it. Yes, I love the cashmere yarn and the loops made from it. If I want to give someone something special, I knit this loop for them in their favorite color.

I hope you have lots of fun knitting and wearing this beautiful loop.
Yours, Ina

PS. The beige-colored one directly behind the text goes with so many colors and outfits. It simply goes with (almost) everything. I never would have thought that when I had the ball of yarn in my hand. But now it’s my favorite.

My Good Mood Scarf is knitted with an easy, TV-friendly pattern. But it is absolutely effective; the pattern is explained row by row and also shown in a chart.

You need 300 g of yarn with a yardage of at least 400 m per 100 g. I knitted it with merino silk.

Simple as that. You can always use hats, and this one is equally suitable for women, men, and children. The pattern is very simple but still impressive. There are no limits to the color combinations.

Here’s the pattern

Easy to knit while doing something else. With or without a pom-pom in your favorite colors!

Whether you want to watch TV while crafting or devote most of your attention to an audiobook, these decorative flowers work wonderfully, allowing you to build up a small supply of flowers at the same time.

These flowers are made from photo cardstock and are very easy to recreate. The instructions include template drawings for 3 flower shapes, each in 5 to 7 sizes ranging from about 3 to 7.5 cm, as well as circle templates for the flower centers.

Once you get started, this pattern practically works itself.

To achieve the beautiful cable look, you’ll only be knitting knit and purl stitches. The pattern is easy to memorize and easy to work on casually.

The pattern is described in detail row by row, and you’ll also find a knitting chart to follow along.

The blanket can be scaled to any size you want.

Here you’ll find the pattern for the blanket
