Yogi Pattern

I have the Yogi pattern, but I don't understand the instruction and can't work out how to do it. What do I need to do?

1 sc – 1 sc inc. – (increase every 3rd stitch) x 5 – 1 sc

Thanks in advance 

Crochet 1 single crochet, crochet 2 single crochets into the next stitch,
then (crochet 2 single crochets, crochet 2 single crochets into the next stitch).
Repeat what’s in parentheses a total of 5 times.
Then crochet one more single crochet—and you’re done!
You’ll have 24 single crochets in the round (or row).

Thanks first of all. Does that mean it’s one row, or do I have to crochet 5 rows like this? 

I’m not familiar with the pattern, but I’m assuming it’s a row.
The “x 5” refers to what’s in parentheses—namely, increasing every 3rd stitch.
