These cute Easter animals in the colorful eggs make a cheerful Easter decoration. You’ll need leftover yarn in different weights for this.
I used:
For the eggs:

• approx. 20 g each of Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran (yardage 184 m/100 g) in neon green, neon yellow, neon pink

For the animals:

• approx. 10 g each of Lana grossa Estivo II (yardage 150 m/50 g) in brown, yellow, white
• approx. 8 g Schachenmayr Lenja Soft (yardage 85 m/25 g) in whiteleftover red cotton yarn
• leftover red cotton yarn

For the doily:

• approx. 30 g Schachenmayr Catania grande (yardage 63 m/50 g) in white

Also:

• 3.5 mm crochet hook
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• toy stuffing
• 3 pairs of safety eyes (diameter approx. 6 mm)
• embroidery floss in pink, black
• leftover white felt
• glue

Measuring approximately 48.5 x 53 cm, the picture is made from photo cardstock and tracing paper. The picture has many small elements, so it requires a bit of patience and skill with a craft knife; otherwise, it’s also well suited for craft beginners to recreate.

Crochet Pattern for a Colorful Balloon Cover



This cover is crocheted using individual granny squares. Filled with a balloon, this ball is perfect for playing with both indoors and in the garden.

The size can be adjusted by varying the yarn length and the hook size.

Basic knowledge of chain stitches, double crochet, and single crochet is required.

These colorful egg cups will brighten up your breakfast table any time of year, but they really stand out when filled with colorful Easter eggs.  



The cups are made of cardstock, are about 8 cm tall, and are very easy to make. To ensure everything fits together properly and the cups stand upright, you’ll need to be especially precise when assembling them.
