These spring flowers aren’t just incredibly decorative—they’re also very useful: snowdrops, daffodils, bluebells, and tulips make beautiful egg cozies that bring spring to your breakfast table with their vibrant colors. It doesn’t matter if it’s April weather outside!

With just 20–30 g of cotton yarn, you can crochet one of these egg cozies in no time and put some leftover yarn to good use.

Bottom line: It doesn’t always have to be a real bouquet—these spring flowers also make a great little gift (e.g., for brunch), because they never wilt!

If you like things a bit more playful, why not decorate a seasonal table with crocheted flower children! Children especially love these seasonal tables, particularly when they can add the treasures they found on a spring walk. This way, real and artificial blossoms, twigs, and little stones create a fresh, heartwarming display again and again!
In my shop there are many different flower children, that you can crochet,

e.g. the cowslip

or the crocuses

Tip: Since each flower child comes with its flower, you can also crochet just the flowers and arrange them into a pretty little spring bouquet!

The colorful spring meadow consists of a comprehensive floral decoration:
placemats and coasters with a flower border, scattered flowers, and cute egg cozies.

All pieces are easy to crochet, even for crochet beginners with basic knowledge. Leftover yarn can be put to very good use here.

Crochet Pattern for a Flower Blanket

The flowers are crocheted individually and attached to the previous flower with the final round. This way, the blanket grows steadily, and you can crochet it bit by bit until you reach the desired size.

You should be familiar with single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches, and cluster stitches. The pattern is richly illustrated, and I’ve provided written instructions for crocheting the flowers; you’ll also find a crochet chart included.

A bouquet of flowers instantly makes a room look much cozier and more inviting. With paper flowers, you can make it especially easy on yourself: You make them once and enjoy them for as long as you like.

For this very low-maintenance bouquet you need very little paper and hardly any other materials, so it’s the ideal project for anyone who rarely do crafts. The flowers are made of cardstock and are about 25 cm tall. They’re also well suited for beginners and require no special prior knowledge.

Tulips belong to spring
With this step-by-step crochet pattern, you’ll crochet yourself a fresh spring bouquet in no time!

Start reducing your leftover yarn box: for each tulip you’ll need about 10 g of green (stem + leaf) and 7 g of a color of your choice for the tulip blossom (when using cotton with a yardage of 125 m/50 g).

For all the playful souls among us, crocheted or knitted roses are simply a wonderful accessory that gives any outfit a romantic touch.
JORDIS cowl leaves nothing to be desired - The cowl is crocheted with a simple shell pattern, which is fanned out larger at the top and bottom edges. The romantic look is beautifully emphasized by the crochet rose - it is worked as a brooch and can be pinned on whenever you like, or left off now and then.

The detailed crochet pattern includes both the description for the cowl and a tutorial for the crochet rose, and you can get it right HERE: JORDIS cowl with rose brooch

Happy crocheting,
Annette

Welcome spring with a homemade bouquet —this project works especially well because the flowers are very easy to recreate and are perfect even for craft beginners.

The flowers are made from cardstock and crepe paper and are about 30–33 cm tall. The colors are just a suggestion—of course, you can make the flowers from cardstock in any other color.
