A bookmark is quick to crochet and requires very little leftover yarn. This dragon will delight anyone who loves reading fantasy stories or legends. Use thin cotton yarn (125 m/50 g or thinner). You can vary the colors to suit your taste.

Do you have an airplane fan at home too?
This colorful crocheted plane is a fun keychain, and all you need for it is a few bits of leftover yarn. Even beginners can crochet it quickly in between other projects. If you make several of them, you can also turn them into a great mobile for a child's room.

Feel like making a blanket?

This blanket is crocheted as a granny square. You start in the middle, and the pattern repeats continuously. This makes the size customizable and adaptable to any preference.

You should know chain stitches, slip stitches, and double crochet; then this pattern is also suitable for beginners.

Crochet Pattern for a Granny Square

A granny square is incredibly versatile. Whether as a pillow, an appliqué to embellish a project, combined with other crochet pieces, or as a blanket, crocheting these squares is a lot of fun. Solid-colored or multicolored—you’ll never get bored.

This granny square is one of 6 granny squares, all of which have the same finished size and can therefore be combined in endless ways. The pattern is described in detail in writing, and you’ll also find a crochet chart.

Practical and eco-friendly—an eye-catcher both in everyday life and on vacation. These bags are incredibly versatile—whether for daily shopping, as a beach bag, an everyday companion, or a shopper. They also make a wonderful gift.

Of course, you can mix and match the designs and strap options—for example, you could also make a bag with a heart design and long straps, or make the bag with the "Love" lettering as a shopping net with short handles.

If you haven’t felt like knitting socks before, the simple mowi heel might get you hooked right away. :)

The pattern presents 4 sizes as examples. And it explains how you can adjust the calculations for any size you like.

Knitting experience with the CraSyTrio or a set of double-pointed needles is helpful.

Knitting Pattern Turtleneck Sweater for Barbie

How about pretty little hand-knitted sweaters for your daughters’ and granddaughters’ Barbies? They don’t take much material or a lot of crafting skill. Especially since I describe, explain, and show everything in detail in the pattern. In no time at all, you’ll have a lovely little selection of new doll fashion finished. It would certainly also be a delightful surprise in an Easter basket.

You’ll find more pictures, information, and the pattern when you click on the heading.

I wish you lots of joy - Yours, Ina

The length is variable ...

So the sweater can also become a knitted dress ...

Knitting pattern: Long evening dress with slit

Here’s another recommendation for a super-easy evening dress to knit. It’s knitted very simply from just a few grams of yarn. Before you know it, all the dolls are ready to go out.

The shawl in the photos is crocheted. You can find the free pattern here: --> Free crochet pattern: triangular shawl for dolls. Just thread on a few beads too, and the new outfit is complete.

I hope you have lots of fun with this little knitting project - Yours, Ina

DIY Leather Soles for Felted Slippers

Here’s another hot recommendation for anyone who makes felted slippers. It’s all about the soles. You can either use Sock Stop from the rubber bottle ..., but that wears off quickly, too. Or you can brush liquid latex onto the felt, but that doesn’t look especially nice.

For me, for several years now, felted slippers only get leather soles. No old leather jacket gets thrown away anymore; you can make great leather soles from it.

Felted slippers with leather soles last 4 times longer than those without. And you have an extra layer of material under your foot. That makes each step even softer. Plus, felted slippers like these simply look more professional. They’re so pretty that you can even give them as a gift :-)

The pattern, which of course includes a template, describes exactly what to use and how to make and sew on the soles. You’ll find everything else when you click on the heading.

I hope you enjoy the pattern - Yours, Ina

Another great eye-catcher—especially now for the Easter table: the “Großmütterchen” placemats ♥

They’re crocheted with slightly thicker cotton yarn, so they’re machine-washable.
Using the specified materials, they have a diameter of about 37 cm.

Easy to make and beautiful to look at—this little bouquet doesn’t need a vase, takes up very little space, and can be easily customized to your taste with different colors.

The flowers and the holder are made from photo cardstock and are about 13 cm tall when assembled. I made 12 flowers, but the holder can fit a few more, so you can make the bouquet much fuller.

Mystic Arctica is a simple giant cozy scarf.
I knitted it using 300g of Mystic Glimmer from Fiberpassion. But you can also easily adjust the size and knit it with just 200g. 100g of yarn should have a yardage of approximately 400m.

The pattern is written out row by row, but it’s also explained with a chart, and after 2–3 pattern repeats, it’s absolutely TV-friendly.

For colorful Easter gifts, you definitely need colorful gift wrapping—just like this bag here. It doesn’t hold a whole lot, but it’s ideal for nice little small gifts!

The bag is made of cardstock and measures approximately 13.5 x 17 x 6 cm. It’s quick and easy to make and is well-suited even for beginners.
