How can I use English to purchase and download a pattern?

Please note that not all patterns are automatically available in all languages. It always depends on whether the individual author of that pattern is able to provide it in multiple languages—there is no computer that translates it automatically.
  Generally, a good indicator is the language of the description text itself—if it’s in English, then the pattern should be as well. If not, then chances are the pattern isn’t either.
During the purchase process, you’ll be notified if the pattern isn’t available in the language you’ve chosen.
