As this toy is meant for a little child, safety is very important.
That was one of my concerns while creating this pattern.
In the pattern I show you how to attach all the pieces securely, this way the toy will not only be a best friend, but also very safe.
With an ingenious system everything is crocheted and sewn together as you go, that way all is secure.
Safety is also the reason I dit not use safety eyes.
I admit they look a lot nicer, but apparently their name is somehow misleading and they are not completely safe for very little children.
