Materials: Yarn: The blanket shown in the photo is crocheted inEveryday Baby (a DK weight or size 3 yarn) from Premier Yarns. You can use almost any DK weight yarn that will produce a motif that measures approximately 5" by 5". You will need approximately 1500 yards to complete this project.
Tools: U.S. size H crochet hook.

I really wanted the pattern to make a crochet waistcoat for myself like the one I made for myself when i was about 29 years old which is a long time ago now. I'm 79 yrs old now
Not an easy pattern to follow (I ended up sewing each flower together separately as I couldn't get the hang of the joining. It still turned out well though.
