A fanciful baby blanket that will brighten up the room. Crocheted in thirty-five motifs that start in the center with a cute little flower and joined together as you work. The blanket is finished with a small border of shell stitches and picots.

Instructions: This pattern PDF contains three pages of written instructions.
Please note: Instructions come in an easy to read, easy to understand pattern and are written in U.S. crochet terminology.

Size: Approximately 26" by 36".
Materials List
Materials: Yarn: The blanket shown in the photo is crocheted in "Everyday Baby" (a DK weight or size 3 yarn) from Premier Yarns. You can use almost any DK weight yarn that will produce a motif that measures approximately 5" by 5". You will need approximately 1500 yards to complete this project.
Tools: U.S. size H crochet hook.

I really wanted the pattern to make a crochet waistcoat for myself like the one I made for myself when i was about 29 years old which is a long time ago now. I'm 79 yrs old now

Fantastic pattern
Not an easy pattern to follow (I ended up sewing each flower together separately as I couldn't get the hang of the joining. It still turned out well though.
