hippo amish puzzle ball crochet pattern english version

Here is a little different baby play and grab toy.

This little ball can be divided into three parts and thus become a tricky game even for the older and oldest children.

The manual contains many pictures and is explained in detail.

How will it be put together again?

A simple but great toy.

The hippo is crocheted 20 cm tall.

needed knowledge:

ch chain
sc single crochet
st slip stitch
mc magic circle
hdc half double crochet
dc double crochet

needed equipment:

• hook 12/ C
• darning needle
• scissors

needed materials:

• 100 g grey
• left overs in dark grey
• a pair of safety eyes in black, about 7,5 mm/ 0,3 inches
• stuffing

Gauge: 26 stitches 24 rows= 10 10 cm/ 4* 4 inches
I used Schachenmayr Catania, 50g= 125m/ 137 yds
