FINISHED SIZE:
Hats designed by crafters so they are of different size. You may need to adjust pattern to fit your bear.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
K – knit
P - purl
KFB – knit the front and back of a stitch (a way to make an increase)
KFBF – knit the front, the back and again the front of a stitch (a way to make a double increase)
K2tog – knit two sts together (a way to make a decrease)
K3tog – knit three sts together
st st – stocking stitch (K on the one side and P on the other side)
Basic crochet stitches

MATERIALS AND TOOLS
For top hat and a bow tie:

• White color yarn – the one you used for your cute bear – I used “Andre Classic” by Alpina (60% acrylic, 35% rayon, 5% spandex) that has 530 m in a 100g skein.
• Matching crochet hook. I used 1.75 mm steel crochet hook (US 4, UK 2).

For pointed hat and two pompoms hat with scarves

• Red and white color yarns – I used 100% acrylic that has 400 m in a 50 g skein.
  Note: I worked with a single strand for the two pompoms hat and a double strand of yarn for the pointed hat. If you don’t want to work with a double strand you can substitute it with a thicker yarn instead.
• Knitting needles 2 mm
• Pompoms (you can make them yourself)

Hat with hair ears

• Designed by Alisa Nikolaeva.
• She used «Baby Softy» by Alize, knitting needles 3 mm, crochet hook to make the ears

Cap

• Designed by Alisa Fokina. «Kid Royal» by Alize and knitting needles 2 mm.

Ear-flapped hat

• Boucle yarn, crochet hook 3.5 mm
