Door Crest "Winter Teddy"

With this crochet pattern you can crochet your own door crest, which doesn't only fit in the Christmas time. Through the whole winter this crest warmly welcomes every visitor and decorates your house.

It is really easy to crochet :-)

Materials:

• Styrofoam half ring 25 cm diameter,
• Acrylic yarn 50g/ 125 m, approx.
• 70g white, approx. 50g red, approx.
• 50g dark green, approx.
• 25g light brown or beige,
• odds in créme and yellow,
• embroidery yarn in black for the nose and mouth,
• toy stuffing,
• hot glue gun,
• fabric glue or fixing pins (without head),
• spray starch,
• something to strain the parts on (I used a styrofoam plate),
• 2 safety eyes 10 mm

Techniques: single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, chain(s), half double crochet, treble crochet, triple treble crochet, increase, decrease, change colour, Magic Ring.

For the holly leaves every stitch is explained with markers, so that you don´t lose orientation.
