You can determine your correct size with my size chart.
I made these arm warmers in the simple lacy pattern.
They are knitted fairly quickly. You will need approx. 2.12 oz.
Super fine mixed wool
45% cotton wool
42% new wool "Super wash"
13% polyamide
(3.53 oz. 1181 ft. 1 inch length)
Trendy or unique, according to taste
1 double pointed needles No. 0-1
If you knit lightly No. 0, if you knit tightly No. 1.
1 row counter
1 stitch marker

The warmers are great and decorative for wearing them over finger gloves. You can also wear them beneath a sweater or a coat, letting it look out of the sleeve a couple of inches like a fine lace, precious!
They warm pleasantly.
And your hands and lower arms are wrapped double-warm.
