plastic eyes, Kinder-Surprise Egg Shell.

Ch =chain
St= stitch
Sc=single crochet
Sl st= slip stitch
dec = decrease stitch (two single crochets together)
inc = increase stitch (two single crochets into one stitch)

INSTRUCTIONS
I don´t join rounds with the help of slip stitch but crochet in a circle.
BODY
Rnd 1: Chain 2 stitches, 6 sc in the second st.
Rnd 2: inc 6 times (12 sts).
Rnd 3: *inc, sc in next st *, repeat from*to* 6 times (18 sts).
Rnd 4: *inc, sc in each of next 2 sts *, repeat from*to* 6 times (24 sts).
Rnd 5: sc in each of neext 24 sts.
Rnd 6: *inc, sc in each of next 3 sts *, repeat from*to* 6 times (30 sts).

Rnd 7-13: sc in each of next 30 sts.
Put shell into chicken.
Rnd 14: *dec, sc in each of next 3 sts*, repeat from* to* (24 sts).
Rnd 15: *dec, sc in each of next 2 sts*, repeat from* to* (18 sts).

Rnd 16: *dec, sc in next st*, repeat from* to* (12 sts).
Rnd 17: *dec*.
Fasten off.
WINGS (2x)
Row 1: Chain 2 stitches, 3 sc in the second st, turn.

Row 3: ch1, inc, sc in next st, inc, turn.

Row 4-6: sc in each of next 5 sts, turn.
Row 7: ch1, dec, sc in next st, dec, turn.
Cast off, leaving a long tail for sewing on.
Sew wings on the sides of the body.
BEAK
R 1: Chain 2 stitches, 3 sc in the second ch, turn.
R 2-3: sc in each of next 3 sts.
R 4: sc3tog. Cast off.
Sew beak on the chick.
FEET (2x)
*ch6, sl st in the second ch and each of next 4 sts*,
repeat from* to* 3 times.
Cast off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Sew feet on the bottom side of the body.
COMB
ch10, *sc in the second st from hook, (hdc, 2dc, hdc) in next st, sc in each of next 2 sts*, repeat from* 3 times.
Sew comb on top of rooster.
Sew or stick plastic eyes to the body.
