Sailor bear application
To create this project, you will need some leftover yarn in various colors. I recommend choosing a yarn that doesn't shed during washing and doesn't fluff. I used 400m/100g cotton.
The size of the finished project from this yarn is approx. 10cm x 10cm. The size will vary depending on the thickness of the yarn used.
The applique can be used on children's shirts, hats, blankets, bags, and other items.
The difficulty level is easy, making them suitable for beginners. You can use any leftover yarn, as the amount needed is minimal.
Materials: Same thickness yarn of your choice. Cotton or acrylic will do.
- Yarn of the following colours is required: brown, light brown, yellow, light blue, dark blue, white, red, black.
- A crochet hook, I used 1,25 mm crochet hook;
- For eyes: 2 beads, I used 3mm diam beads
- A sewing needle, matching sewing threads.

Assembly and Decoration.
Take the thing you want to sew the applique onto. I have decided to upgrade my shopper.
Carefully steam all the details of the application using an iron. Take some cotton sewing threads in matching colours, make invisible stitches while you sew.
Embroider a nose on the muzzle with black or brown yarn.
Attach the muzzle to the head. Sew it on with hidden stitches.

Sew the eyes – black beads. Embroider eyebrows and smile.
Attach the head and body with pins, then sew them on. Sew on the ear. Pin a cap on the other side of the head and sew it on.

Pin the steering wheel and bear's paws to the thing, as shown in the photo, and sew them on.

Pin the boat, sew it on. Sew waves on top. Sew an anchor to the boat.
The application is completed!
