PICOT

Chain 3 stitches,insert your hook in the 3rd stitch from the hook, yarn over and draw the yarn throught the stitch and through the loop on the hook.

Rnd 1: Starting at center with chain of 16 stitches.

Rnd 2: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each of next 13 ch, 3 sc in next ch, then, working in other side of  base ch, sc in each of next 13 ch, 2 sc in next ch and 2 sc in next sc.

Rnd 3: sc in each of next 13 sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc, sc in each of next 13 sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc.

Rnd 4: sc in each of next 8 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, 2 dc in each of next 6 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, sc in each of next 7 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc twice, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc.

Rnd 5: sc in each of next 8 sc, hdc in each of next 3 hdc, dc in each of next 6 dc, 2 dc in each of next 6 dc, dc in each of next 6 dc, hdc in each of next 3 hdc, sc in each of next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc.

Rnd 6:  hdc in each of next 60 st around.

Rnd 7: scbp worked in each of the next 60 sc around.

Sides of Bootie

Rnd 1: Ch 4(counts as dc and ch1), dc in the same st as ch, *skip 2 sts, V-stitch in next st*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd (20 V-stitches), sl st.

Rnd 2: Ch 4(counts as dc and ch1), dc in the same st as ch, *work a V-stitch in next V-stitch*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd, sl st.

Rnd 3: Repeat Rnd 2.

Rnd 4: ch1, sc in the same st as ch, sc in each of next 14 sts, dc3tog 7 times, sc in each of next 23 sts, sl st.

Rnd 5: ch1, sc in the same st as ch, sc in each of next 14 sts, dc7tog, sc in each of next 24 sts, sl st.

Rnd 6: ch 4 (counts as 1 dc and ch 1), *skip 1 st, dc in next st*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd, sl st.

Rnd 7: ch 1, sc in the same st as ch, *picot, sc in each of next 3 sts*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd.

Rnd 8: Attach yarn to Rnd 6 *ch5, skip 1 dc, sc in next dc*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd.

Rnd 9: ch 1, sc in the same st as ch, *9 dc, sc*, repeat from* to* 6 times(6 shells), cut the yarn.

Rnd 10: In Lurex yarn. Sc in each stitch around.

Finishing:

Around the sole crochet: ch 1, sc and dc in the same st as ch, *ch 1, skip 1st, sc and dc in next st*, repeat from*to* till the end of round, cut the yarn.

Weave ribbon through spaces between dc´s and decorate booties as desired.
