"Business Birds" is a paper clip for a diary

Materials:

–Alize forever 50 gr /280 m different colors

– – 1,25 mm crochet hook

– a sewing needle, a pair of scissors, hollow fiber stuffing, glue, paper clip, toothpicks, colored papers

Abbreviations:

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

inc – increase

Body (basic color)

1. Crochet 6 sc in a Magic Ring

2. 6 inc = 12 sc

3. (1 sc, 1 inc) х 6 = 18 sc

4 – 7. 18 sc

8. 10 sc,8 inc = 26 sc

9 – 12. 26 sc

13. 10 sc, 8 dec = 18 sc

14. (1 dec, 1 sc) х 6 = 12 sc

Stuff lightly.

15. 6 dec = 6

Bind off. Cut off thread.

Tail (basic color)

6 ch

1. From the 2nd ch from the hook, crochet 5 sc , ch , turn

2, 3. 5 sc, ch , turn

4. 1 dec, 1 sc, 1 dec, ch , turn

5. 3 sc

Bind off. Leave a small piece of thread for further sewing.

Wings (2 pcs., basic color)

1. Crochet 6 sc in a Magic Ring

2. 6 inc = 12 sc

3. (1 sc, 1 inc) х 6 = 18 sc

4. Fold the part in half, work sc hooking though both edges 9 sc.  Bind off.

Bind off. Leave a small piece of thread for further sewing.

Bird breast (complementary colour)

5 ch

1. From the 2nd ch from the hook, crochet 3 sc, 3 sc in 1, 3 sc, 1 inc = 11 sc

2. 1 inc, 3 sc, 3 inc, 3 sc, 1 inc = 16 sc

Bind off. Leave a small piece of thread for further sewing.

Attach the wings  and sew them on.

Attach the tail  and sew them on.

Attach the bird breastand sew them on.

Embroider the eyes with black colour thread. Make 2-3 wraps around the needle as shown. 

Making a beak. Paint the sharp tips of the toothpick in black. Cut off. Glue.

Make a "flag" out of a piece of wire and paper for notes. Glue.  See the photo.

Insert a paperclip through the bird.
